The Way Trust is a Christian charitable organisation which provides work and training opportunities to the long-term unemployed in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire
The Way Trust has been set up to oversee work help schemes for men and women who have difficulty in gaining and sustaining employment.
There are a number of people who for various reasons are unable to find work. These schemes will enable them to learn the necessary work and social skills so that they can move on to obtain employment on the open market.
