Kerri's testimony
The Way Trust has been set up to oversee work help schemes for men and women who have difficulty in gaining and sustaining employment.
Kerri started work with us on a New Deal placement at the
end of 2008. She continued to work voluntarily with us until
she became a full time paid member of staff last Spring.
She is a valued member of the team and specialises in
helping Alfie with providing refreshments and lunches for
business conferences in the Credo centre.
Kerri says:
“I enjoy meeting customers and dealing with them. I also
enjoy the companionship of the staff. I have learned how to
take on responsibilities and I have gained a sense of
confidence and self esteem. I would say to anyone
considering coming to train at Gateway – Go for it as it has
helped me tremendously.”
